In order to get access to the content of the website, first you have to register.
This can be done by clicking on the "Registration" link which is on the upper right side and fill in a simple form.
The registration takes approximately 2 minutes.
All the personal information that you provide is under the protection of the law. This information will be used only for our business contacts and it will never be provided to other people or organizations.
After a successful registration you will be able to enter into the website, using the username and password that you have chosen and to look through the range of articles and to make a trial order.

The work in the website is very simple and absolutely orientated towards the customers.
All the articles are arranged in categories for easier navigation.
After you choose a category you will see small pictures of the articles that are in it.
You can see the name of the article by pointing the upper right angle of any picture (the symbol ).
The article number of every article is written on its left side above its picture, in the format #0000.
The prices of the articles are written on the right side under the picture in the format 0.00 EUR (see Approval).
Additional information about every article you can find in our website for retail trade www.sexwell.bg, by using its name or article number.

The basket for orders is on the right end of the page.
Putting an article in the basket can be done by dragging it into the basket or by double click on its picture.
The quantity you want to order can be changed through the buttons and or if you click on the space with the current quantity (you will open a small window where you can write the required quantity).
To remove articles from the basket use the button.
In the lower part of the basket is the general information concerning the order – current amount, VAT and discounts, as well as the button for preview and send.

When you click the "Preview" button you will se all the details concerning your order.
You can send and print the order or to empty the basket.
Print or write down the number of the order (UID) to be able to check its status.
Attention! Printing must be done precisely before sending because the (UID) changes after every action of yours.

All the expenses for transport (courier, postal services etc.) are on customer’s account.
Payment can be done through bank, ePay or cash on delivery.
The specific conditions concerning delivery and payment are specified with every customer.

To see the wholesale prices and to make real orders you will need the approval of the management department of "Sexwell".
To be approved you have to contact us by the coordinates in section “Contacts” or to use the form applied there.
